Highlights

What is here for you

Eleven pools, ten of them heated in season. Golf and equipment rentals are extra.

  • Beach access

This is a Golf Villa, not a beachfront tower. A slow walk to the beach is about 5 minutes. A tram stop is right outside and runs to the lagoon pool, Ocean’s, and the beach-access area. The pedestrian bridge connects to the beachfront side, and a wooden walkway leads to the sand.

  • Beach kit

A changing assortment of boogie boards, coolers, sand toys, beach and pool towels, an umbrella, and beach chairs.

What is in the closet can change from stay to stay. The closet isn’t a staffed beach-chair service, but the resort rents beach chairs. Call 850-233-7505.

  • 11 pools

Eleven resort pools, ten of them heated seasonally, plus six outdoor hot tubs. That includes the lagoon pool and the Adventure Zone splash pad.

Pool heating follows the resort’s season.

  • 2 bedrooms

A king in the primary bedroom, with DirecTV and Roku, and two full beds in the guest bedroom. The guest room does not have a TV. The primary bedroom and the living room have floor-to-ceiling shades for sleeping in.

  • Full kitchen

Dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with an ice maker, and a stocked set of cookware, dishes, and utensils. A Keurig and a conventional coffee maker, plus a welcome assortment of pods, filter packs, creamer, and sweeteners.

  • Balcony

Four swivel patio chairs overlooking the pond, the putting green, and the pedestrian bridge, with glimpses of the Gulf between the buildings.

“The building we were in was right across the street from the convention center, the tennis courts and the bridge to the beach. Even when we didn’t have salt and pepper, the owner Instacarted it to us right away and also included a bowl of fruit for us to snack on as a bonus. The washer and dryer was helpful to use and even beach chairs and coolers!”

“We really liked this condo! It was freshly painted and decorated, and it was also very clean. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the hosts went out of their way to meet our needs. The resort has multiple pools and hot tubs, pickleball and tennis courts, and the condo is right next to the walkway to the beach.”

“The host was very kind and helpful. The whole place was sparkling clean. It is one of the best that we have stayed in at Edgewater by far! They have more than enough supplies and fun gear. Perfect parking and very close access to the bridge to reach the beach and main pool!”
