What comes with the stay

A king in the primary bedroom, with DirecTV and Roku, and two full beds in the guest bedroom. The guest room does not have a TV. The primary bedroom and the living room have floor-to-ceiling shades for sleeping in.

The primary bath has a walk-in shower and a Bluetooth speaker. The guest bath, off the guest bedroom and the hall, has a tub and shower. Each bath has a hair dryer.

Dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with an ice maker, and a stocked set of cookware, dishes, and utensils. A Keurig and a conventional coffee maker, plus a welcome assortment of pods, filter packs, creamer, and sweeteners.

High-speed Wi‑Fi throughout the condo. The living room and primary bedroom have DirecTV and Roku.

Pack ’n Play with sheets, a booster seat, an iron and ironing board, a vacuum, and a Swiffer.

King, two fulls, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Maximum occupancy is still 6.

Eleven resort pools, ten of them heated seasonally, plus six outdoor hot tubs. That includes the lagoon pool and the Adventure Zone splash pad.

Pool heating follows the resort’s season.

Par-3 golf, tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, basketball, and a fitness center.

Golf, rentals, and instruction cost extra. The fitness center is not for guests under 16, and ages 16–17 need supervision.

Ocean’s Bar & Grill, Edgie’s Corner Market, and seasonal spots that can include Paradise Pizza, Shakers, and a walk-up blender bar.

Hours and which outlets are open depend on the season.

Stairs are required. There is no elevator or ramp.

This is a Golf Villa, not a beachfront tower. A slow walk to the beach is about 5 minutes. A tram stop is right outside and runs to the lagoon pool, Ocean’s, and the beach-access area. The pedestrian bridge connects to the beachfront side, and a wooden walkway leads to the sand.

What is in the closet can change from stay to stay. The closet isn’t a staffed beach-chair service, but the resort rents beach chairs. Call 850-233-7505.

$50 per stay covers the resort fee and the first vehicle. We collect it when you book and register your parking with security. A second vehicle is $50, a third is $100, and one additional motorcycle is $20. Let us know if you need additional parking.

$150 per stay pays for a professional clean of the whole condo before you arrive. The kitchen, bathrooms, and floors are cleaned, towels are replaced, and every bed is made with fresh linens and comforters.

Pets are not permitted.

Smoking is not permitted.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
