Location
Beach days, dinner plans, and plenty in between
Start your morning with breakfast at Ocean’s, spend the afternoon between the beach and the lagoon pool, then head out for seafood or pizza nearby. Staying at Edgewater 515 puts more of your vacation close at hand.
Our two-bedroom, two-bath Golf Villa sits on the quieter side of Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida. You get a place to settle in, access to the resort’s beachfront amenities, and restaurants and entertainment nearby.
A comfortable place to come back to
Beach access without driving
The resort’s pedestrian bridge connects the villa side to the beachfront. From there, a wooden walkway leads down to the sand. A slow walk is about 5 minutes.
A tram stop right outside
Catch a ride to the lagoon pool, Ocean’s, and the beach-access area when you’d rather skip the walk.
Room for some downtime
Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a private balcony give you space to enjoy the hours between outings, too.
An easy change of plans
Come back for lunch, take a break from the sun, or get ready for dinner before heading out again.
More than beach days
Nearby restaurants, bowling, skating, arcade games, and a waterpark give you options for family outings, rainy afternoons, or an evening out.

A few of our favorites
Ocean’s Bar & Grill
On the beachfront side of the resort, across the pedestrian bridge. A convenient stop for breakfast before the beach or an evening at the bar.
Edgie’s Corner Market
On the resort, by the lagoon pool. Snacks, groceries, ice cream, and a Starbucks inside, so morning coffee doesn’t mean leaving the property.
The Club
On the resort. The golf pro shop and the gym.
Dee’s Hangout
Seafood and Southern, coastal, and Cajun cooking in the Shoppes at Edgewater. A nearby option when you want to go out for dinner.
Mr. Maine’s Pizzeria
Pizza next door to Edgewater. An easy dinner option when a full day at the beach has used up your enthusiasm for cooking.
Los Rancheros
Our nearby pick when you’re in the mood for Mexican. Another dinner option to keep in mind during your stay.
Sunrise Cafe & Bakery
Breakfast, coffee, and something from the bakery before heading out for the day.
Rock’it Lanes
Bowling, skating, arcade games, and a bar in the Shoppes at Edgewater. Useful for a rainy afternoon or when everyone wants a break from the sun.
Shipwreck Island
A walk from the resort, with waterslides and waterpark fun when you want to make a day of it. Check the operating calendar when planning your visit.
The Liq
Farther down Front Beach Road for an evening out beyond the resort.
A few more places sit close by. CiCi’s is in the plaza across the street. For breakfast, Waffle House, a standalone Starbucks, and All American Diner are on Front Beach Road.
Edgewater 515 is a second-floor Golf Villa; stairs are required. The villa is on the golf side of the resort, with beach access across the pedestrian bridge.
