Questions before you book
Check-in, cleaning, parking, and the resort, in plain language.
What does the cleaning fee cover?
The $150 pays for a professional clean of the whole condo before you arrive. The kitchen, bathrooms, and floors are cleaned, towels are replaced, and every bed is made with fresh linens and comforters.
Can we check in early?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, but we’re happy to welcome you sooner when the condo is ready. We often have it prepared by early afternoon and will message you if early check-in is available. It isn’t guaranteed, so please plan around the standard check-in time.
How do we get inside?
You’ll use a digital keypad for entry. Your access code and arrival instructions are sent 24 hours before check-in.
What time is checkout?
Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Please plan to leave by then so our cleaners have time to prepare the condo for the next arrival.
What do we need to do before checkout?
Before leaving at 10:00 AM, check for personal belongings under beds, in bedding and drawers, and in the refrigerator. Rinse any used dishes, load the dishwasher, and start a cycle. Lock the door on your way out. No need to strip beds or gather towels. Our cleaners replace all bedding and towels after every stay.
What supplies are provided?
We provide starter supplies of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and trash bags. You’ll also find a welcome assortment of coffee and accompaniments. If something comes up during your stay, reach out. We’re happy to help where we can.
Is there balcony seating?
The balcony currently has four swivel patio chairs overlooking the pond, putting green, and pedestrian bridge, with glimpses of the Gulf between buildings.
Is Edgewater 515 a beachfront condo?
Edgewater 515 is in the Golf Villas, rather than a beachfront tower. Tram stops are right outside the condo, and the pedestrian bridge connects the villa side of the resort to the beachfront amenities. A wooden walkway leads out to the beach. A slow walk from the condo is about 5 minutes.
How many people can stay?
The condo accommodates up to six guests. The primary bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom has two full-size beds, and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa.
How does the resort fee and parking work?
The $50 resort fee covers the first vehicle. We collect it when you book and register your parking with security. A second vehicle is $50, a third vehicle is $100, and one additional motorcycle is $20. Let us know if you need additional parking.
Is the condo accessible without stairs?
The condo is a second-floor walk-up. Stairs are required. There is no elevator or ramp.
Are the pools heated?
The resort has 11 pools, with 10 heated seasonally. Pool heating and availability depend on resort operations and the time of year.
What sports and fitness activities are available?
The resort offers a fitness center and tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, and basketball courts, plus an executive par-3 golf course. Fitness-center and court access are complimentary for authorized guests. Golf, equipment rentals, and instruction have additional charges. The fitness center excludes guests under 16, and ages 16–17 need supervision.
Can we bring pets?
Pets are not permitted at Edgewater 515.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not permitted.
Is there a minimum age to book?
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
